if you suffer from this problem, i'm sorry to tell you: i can't help you! it appears seldom and randomly. Not on every computer and never in my developement enviroment. i'm not able to track the reason down.
nagscreenkiller was developed long time ago (win2k) in ms visual basic 6 - (which is a scrap). it uses time critical, undocumented and experimental windows api-calls. maybe thats the reason.
if you have VB6 skills and want to keep NagScreenKiller alive, please contact me for the source code.

As an good alternative to NagScreenKiller i suggest AutoHotkey.
AutoHotkey is a free, open-source utility for Windows. And it is really cool.
If you are not a PC rookie you should have a closer look at this.
